WHAT YOU NEED

  • 375 mL (1½ cups) Vanilla PediaSure Complete®
  • 500 mL (2 cups) baking powder biscuit mix
  • 2 large eggs

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  2. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
  3. Cook until pancakes are golden brown, turning to cook second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
  4. Serve with syrup and enjoy!
