705 mL (3 bottles) Chocolate PediaSure Complete^®
430 mL (1¾ cups) whole wheat flour
15 mL (1 tbsp) baking powder
60 mL (¼ cup) cocoa powder
2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
60 mL (¼ cup) canola oil
10 mL (2 tsp) vanilla extract
15 mL (1 tbsp) melted butter

HOW TO MAKE IT

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a second bowl, pour oil, PediaSure Complete^®, and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whip until well incorporated.
Preheat your waffle maker and brush with melted butter to prevent batter from sticking.
Add approximately 125 mL (½ cup) of the batter by waffle and cook according to your iron’s instructions.
