WHAT YOU NEED

  • 705 mL (3 bottles) Chocolate PediaSure Complete®
  • 430 mL (1¾ cups) whole wheat flour
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) baking powder
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) cocoa powder
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) canola oil
  • 10 mL (2 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) melted butter

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. In a second bowl, pour oil, PediaSure Complete®, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whip until well incorporated.
  4. Preheat your waffle maker and brush with melted butter to prevent batter from sticking.
  5. Add approximately 125 mL (½ cup) of the batter by waffle and cook according to your iron’s instructions.

  1. Don’t have 3 bottles of PediaSure Complete®? You can substitute 1 or even 2 bottles of PediaSure Complete® with the milk of your choice.
