WHAT YOU NEED

  • 235 mL (1 bottle) Strawberry PediaSure Complete®
  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) canned coconut milk
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) chia seeds
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) unsweetened shredded coconut

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake until blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid. The mixture is ready when it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Mix before serving. Serve cold.

TIP

  1. Get your sous-chef involved! Toddlers will love shaking the ingredients in a sealed container. Older children can gather and measure all ingredients.
