  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) quick-cooking oats
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) natural peanut butter
  • 1 medium-size banana, sliced
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  1. In a blender, crush ice cubes.
  2. Add banana, peanut butter, oats and PediaSure Complete®. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or take it to go!
